Actually, MANIFEST RECORDS in Charlotte is sufficiently awesome but I could only stay there for so long. Now I'm angry because TV Guide Channel says channel 70 is STARZ and is playing Operation Dumbo Drop, but when I went to channel 70, I was greeted not with elephantine hilarity but FOX NEWS. actual update pertaining to life events [10 Nov 2005|10:00pm] [ music | Bill Hicks - Artistic Roll Call ] My dad has been listening to nothing but Bob Marley for the past week or two. I have no idea where any of my pairs of shorts are, which is, uh, weird considering I don't usually wear shorts, so they should be right where they normally are, but my mom has been pillaging my room the past couple days, which offers some explanation. I wandered around the house pantless and confused earlier tonight. The less I study Biology, the better I do. I'm convinced if I sleep the rest of the year, I'll cure cancer. I may have mentioned this maybe six months or so ago, but in a few months my mom's cousin (or some other relative) is getting married. To all the people of the internet who do not know my family in person, my mom was born and raised in small-town, big-hick Florida. She is so far the only member of her family that I know of who has escaped a life surrounded by old people and complaints about "nigger work." Anyway, her cousin has breast implants, and she got them by...winning them in a radio station contest in which people called in to explain why they are most deserving of the implants. Her story? Her dad is a transvestite and has (had) bigger breasts than her. I'm not making this up. I hope we can go to this wedding, it'll be a fucking disaster in the best way possible. Dwarves here in Houston, which also involved all of us standing in the front row and yelling into the mic on multiple occasions, and getting confused as hell by my lack of knowledge of downtown Houston. I'm not really sure where this is going, I'm just looking for something to do instead of this biology paper. I don't feel depressed, just frustrated. A lot, really. It's annoying that tomorrow (today) I'm going to wake up still thinking about this and things will still be the same, and it's annoying that I'm probably just going to want to delete this in the morning.
